Sports arbitrage program

I am interested in developing a sports arbitrage program that would be used solely for myself at first and then be marketed later and will require login and payment function. Real-time sports arbitrage opportunities.

I would like the software to identify sports arbitrage opportunities in real-time from the sites of 5 betting exchange sites and 5 bookmaker sites .I would like the software to cover most sporting games(with similar rules).

I would like the software to be able to do the following:
1. Get live feeds from approx 5 sports bookmakers and the betting exchanges.
2. Compare odds for the same event.
3. Display detailed arbitrage opportunities.
4. Based on the selected arbitrage opportunity and the desired trade amount, the software calculates and displays the betting amounts with selected bookmakers and will automatically put the arbitrage on it(rounding up to nearest dollar)
5. To include odds converter and arbitrage calculator (similar to betbrain dot com).
6. I would like to be able to add additional sportsbooks when needed by myself and without any assistance.

Interested parties must contact me with your credentials and include a short write-up on the estimate project price and prior experience developing sports arbitrage software. Please provide examples of prior developed software. I would like to see it running on a test server .

This project is simple if you are already familiar with sports arbitrage trading and data extraction.

later i would be interested in advancing the program to keep an update on the amounts of money that is still with each bookmaker.

3,000 GMAIL Accounts Required ASAP

We URGENTLY require 3,000 Gmail accounts.
1) All Gmail accounts will need to be created with unique IP Addresses
2) Every 250 Gmail accounts will need to be forwarded to 1 Central Gmail account
3) All Gmail accounts should have separate/unique passwords
4) All accounts should have a prefix with names &/or words. Preferably no numbers
5) All passwords should have a minimum of 8 characters and preferably alpha-numeric
6) All accounts to be set up with generic "Test Question" and corresponding answer.
