How to add membership and affiliate to wordpress site

I want my wordpress site to be a monthly membership site with affiliate program but I do not know how to do it.
The following is what I need to be added to my wordpress site :

1)A monthly membership fee (auto renew monthly using paypal)
2)Every new member upon joining the membership to automatically have an affiliate id to promote this site.
3)As affiliate, each member to have their own link to the site (eg: mysite.com/their id name ) to promote the site. Members to also have automatic banner and text links
4)To create a monthly affiliate payment to members (on 3 tiers)

Note : I just purchased affiliateproscript and installed it to my site but have no Idea how to make it work.
Can this program be used?
