Android Audio App Needed.
I’m looking for an app developer to create an android audio app. The idea is pretty simple and should be able to be built using existing code, nothing ground breaking here.
Programmer will need to sign NDA before specific details are given.
The app will basically be a “softsynth” that works as a “pcm synth”. app needs to read .pcm files. App will need an option to “get more sounds” and be directed to files they can download. All sound files will be supplied by me. Please google “PCM synth” to learn more about it.
An example of what I need can be seen in the “caustic” android app available on the market, however, I do not need a drum machine or sequencer etc, just the PCM synth as a stand alone. Needs to have midi export, mp3/wav recording function. Any social media features would be great, twitter, soundcloud etc.
I need someone available on Skype during American business hours that SPEAKS ENGLISH.
ALL CODE WILL BE TESTED AND VERIFIED BY 3rd PARTY.
Consultation Mobile Game(iphone & Android)/marketing + Tech

This is JUST a project for maximum 2 Hours consultation.
We are planning to get into making our own game; something like Gun Bros or Tap Fish (please search them if you are not familiar with these games). We have posted some jobs here however we feel we need some professional consultation on the steps, requirements, marketing, strategy, etc before even investing in these games.
So this is like doing some sort of market research + further understanding what we should deal with before even starting hiring someone to make an app.
You should have previous experience with both “App making” AND “App Marketing”. Not just making the apps. We don’t need you to layout a detailed strategy but at the end of our consultation we should have very good understanding of the basics of conducting this project.
You should have access to Skype or phone (USA or Canada) and you should have good English skills as all communications and consultation should be done in English.
