– The site should be scalable. Proposal must provide alternatives with approximate estimate (including hosting charges in amazon ec2, if applicable. )

2. Schedule
– Prefer delivery to phased by features. Please list down features by delivery clearly. Must be ready to work with Business & Strategy team closely.
– Approximate time to delivery (including setup in hosting server) from the date of award

3. Cost
– Provide cost breakdown by features delivered. Payment can be made by escrow as well.
– Clearly mention the cost with iphone app, without iphone app
– Also, charges for customization

4. Technology
– Proposal at high level must give picture on the technology (PHP,MySQL etc) to be used and any frameworks that will be used. If possible, alternatives must be provided.

5. Demo Sites
– Any similar working site.
