Hellobar Type Clone Written In Ror

I am looking for someone to build a website that will allow people to plug in JavaScript code that allows users to access Twitter and FB API’s to share that site. The feature is that there would be a countdown timer on the site too.

This web site would be for other websites to plug in the JS and run this share bar (similar to HelloBar) on their own website while we monitor what occurs. The project should take no more than 50 hrs to complete and you will be supervised by a senior RoR developer.
