I have a TGP named girlsprime.com (check it!) Right now it’s PR is 0. I wish you to help increase the TGP’s PR from 0 (currently) to PR 4, doing link building. Please give me a timeframe, a reasonable one. You will be able, if necessary, to add all link recips at the bottom of the TGP (graphical or text recips, doesn’t matter), organized in a nice way (no messy work). The needed outcome of the project is to get the TGP a PR of 4. You can get all the links necessary. Also, the TGP must not be penalized by google.com or other search engine because of bad techniques.
