Site Migration
We are moving our site from a dedicated server to a shared host. It was a temporary project that has had tens of thousands of participants in a social network. Now we have a large site we want to keep alive but since the project is nearing completion we only have a fraction of the visitors. So now we are moving everything to the shared server to cut down on costs.
We hired a person to do the migration and he did most of it but then he has gone through a personal situation that is keeping him from finishing the project. We need to hire someone to finish it. He can speak with you and let you know where he left off and what needs to be done. Right now we have lots of files but the site on the new server is not working yet and the old server will be shut down in around a week or so, so we need someone to make this all work quickly.
The project includes finishing any migration that needs to be done and making sure the site works properly. I don’t know enough about this stuff to give you a lot of details but I can give you examples of what the first person who worked on this said. He said that he needed to change the version of ioncube in the new server and he also needed to do something with memcache. I’m sure this all makes sense to you but I am trying to give you an idea of the things you need to take care of to make the site work.
The new host is Blue Host. The site runs on a social network program called Social Engine (socialengine.net), which is created in PHP.
Our budget at this point is pretty low because we are at the tail end of the migration and mostly need someone to take all the migrated data and make it work. You would also need to transfer the less than 3 gig database again since our members have been active since the last person transfered it.
I think the best thing to do is to have the person we choose speak with the original person we hired so you know exactly what needs to be done. I believe my explanation is pretty close so you have an idea of the amount of work.

I need help in writing PHP code for the following task(s):
I want to create several review, affiliate and squeeze page websites, on different servers and using Sub-Domains too.
I want to store all content that is used on all of these web sites in one special webhosting account only. Thus I can make any change in one place and it will be reflected at once in all websites.
Let’s assume the URL of that one special webhosting account is

In this account I want to store the following files for example

http://www.myspecialaccount.com/legal.php
http://www.myspecialaccount.com/disclaimer.php
http://www.myspecialaccount.com/contact.php
etc.
Task – I need the php code to realize the following:

b) On each of these web pages I want to place a “neutral” php code that directs to a file “include_legal.php” in a folder “/legal” that is located in the accounts root directory
