Changing WordPress Theme

Hi ,

We want to change the current WP theme for ihowto.com

to

let us know if you have that theme or you need us to buy it ..

also

-we have dne some custom work , like ability for user to upload video and pdf files in the listings , so we need to cnserve all the work previously done .

- we need the final layout to be clean and simple and preview if there is a pic , video , etc , but the emphasis is still on the writing . to be a howto wiki

- wp robot installed
- ad placement
