Microsoft Access 2000 Database

I need a database system created in MS Access 2000 with about 20 total fields per case file, simple user entry, which I can use to import directly into forms which I will create myself using the field codes you provide with this system. I am a young attorney working for myself with no staff doing about 50-100 small collection cases a year. Each case will be a new separate file with a file/case number I will assign and there are multiple defendants with only address information required for each file/case. I will be the only user entering data.
