I have PSD files for pretty much all my pages. I need someone to code them so they function. But I also need…

A contact form embedded into a contact page, and make it functional. There will be several contact pages spread throughout the website that forward e-mails to specific people in the company

Links on pages need to change color when moused over, and also pictures on less than 10 of the pages need to change when the links are moused over. example: http://www.tagheuer.com/the-brand/ but I don’t want flash because it is counterproductive with SEO, I think…

Look at the Heliservices attachment. This page shows the services that we do with our helicopters. Generic helicopter pictures will load when a visitor first visits this page. When a visitor mouses over the "firefighting" link on the left side bar the images on the helicopter services page need to change to images of helicopters fighting fires. When the visitor mouses over the "construction" link, images of helicopters doing construction need to come up, thus, replacing the firefighting images. I hope this makes sense.

The whole site has to comply with W3C standards. That means ZERO errors!

One section of the site will be for helicopter sales. I have to be able to upload a PDF file of specs for a helicopter plus some photos of it. If the helicopter is sold, I have to be able to delete the page. I will need PDFMeNot, because I don’t want visitors to have to download a PDF viewer if they don’t already have one.

Search Engine Friendly- image tags, not too many meta tags, etc. etc.

I need one section of the website to be accessible to employees via log in. If you can help build this section that would be great. It does not require any design, just documents that employees can download.

I need subdomains for some sections of the website, and all URLs need to be clean. ex: companyname.com/contact instead of companyname.com/page_id=bla_bla_bla

I own several domain names, and need them to be directed to the site.

A blog with an RSS feed, probably using wordpress??? I need to be able to update it my self.

I’d like to host this on my own computer/server so if you know how to do that it would be great. But this is not necessary to start with.

There are about 100 pages to this website. About half of them will be text plus a few links only; the basic design. about 20 of them will have a slideshow that needs to be coded; scrolling images with arrows (see "firefighting" example)

The page has to resize to fit different screen resolutions.

You should be familiar with xhtml, css, MySQL, Apache, and whatever else is needed.

I don’t have all the pages done yet, but enough to get started. This project will probably take a couple weeks to complete because I still need to get some text and photos fror some departments.

We will need to talk on the phone about certain things, and if things go well, there will be much more work to be done in the future.
